Session One • 60-90 minutes

Mapping the Terrain

Before we can chart a course, we need to know the terrain. In our first full session, we'll take an honest inventory of your life — not to judge it, but to understand it.

  • We explore your inner life, relationships, family background, and work
  • We look at satisfaction and dissatisfaction in each area
  • We identify patterns, pressure points, and possibilities
  • Together, we prioritize what to focus on first

You'll leave with your personalized Self-Work Map — a living document that guides our work together.

Sessions Two & Beyond

The Work Itself

There's no fixed curriculum here. Some people come for a few months of intensive work. Others prefer steady, longer-term support. We'll find the rhythm that serves you.

  • Early sessions: Deep dive into priority areas from your map
  • Middle sessions: Designing experiments, testing ideas in the real world
  • Ongoing: Check-ins, iteration, celebrating wins, tackling new areas
  • The pace is yours — sustainable, not forced

The map evolves as you do. There's no "right" timeline — just your timeline.
